Bella Caswell is a 15-year-old Downhill, Freeride and Enduro mountain biker from North Vancouver, BC, who primarily races DH following the Canada and BC Cup circuit. This will be Bella’s forth year in Ride Like A Girl, and she is paired with Kelli Sherbinin and is as stoked as ever! Her dream is to one-day race all around the world in the UCI Mountain Bike Downhill World Cups, representing her country and hopefully inspiring others to ride along the way.
Some highlights from her race season in 2019 (as the 2020 season didn’t happen) was becoming Provincial and National Champion for downhill and getting the overall tittle in the U15 category for BC/Canada Downhill Cups! She also got “Queen of the Dam” in the Kamloops River Beaver Classic in the U21 category and she achieved this by getting first in Downhill, Enduro and second in Dual Slalom.
Bella also volunteer bike coaches with Escape Adventures and does local trail maintenance days to give back to the mountain bike community. Along with being a sponsored rider by Troy Lee Designs, Kona Bikes, SRAM, Ryders Eyewear and EmpowerHer athlete! She looks forward to this mountain bike year and many more to come!
