Lynne started riding at aged 26 in her native home of Scotland,  and quickly moved to DH racing, dabbling in World Cups and becoming Scottish DH champion, before moving into more freeride type events after spending a year riding all over BC back in 2006. After placing 2nd in the World Masters DH Champs the same year and 4th in the PRO category at Crankworx's very own women's slopestyle type event for women back in 2007, Lynne returned to Scotland and joined 'The Clan' where she toured around with Danny Macaskill and the boys in Scotland's first bike stunt team as the only female member.

Lynne went on to organize Air Maiden, a women's only freeride event that has been running since 2008 in Scotland, and has spent the last few years coaching women and girls up and down the UK and BC and mentoring the next generation of talent. She's a mother of three  based out of Pemberton BC and is passionate about inspiring the next generation of riders.
